Leaderboard

Who is setting the pace. Ranked, tiered, and refreshed from the numbers.

Live · content data · last 90 days
Window
Real numbers. Ranked by estimated 90-day reach (median views by posting day times posts) straight from content_perf.reels, the same table behind your Metabase Posting-Day Scorecard. Refreshes daily. Reach is an estimate for ranking, not an exact total.

The marketing team, tiered by a composite of four things: output, lead time, impact by views, impact by leads. Best across all four rises to the top.

Two of four metrics are live from your data: Output (team_throughput) and Impact by views (team_impact, 90 days). Lead time and Impact by leads are wiring next through the n8n job, which will also add the 7 day to 12 month ranges and refresh this page automatically. The composite and tiers already rank on the two live metrics.

People ranked within their role, by output this week. Real numbers from your n8n team snapshot.

Real, from your data. Marketing roles are the latest weekly snapshot in team_throughput (shoots, videos shipped, posts). Sales is deals won in the last 90 days from HubSpot. Ranked within role so a producer is not compared to a salesperson. To make it refresh here automatically, the n8n job writes a small leaderboard row into the portal database and this page reads it live (the wiring, not a webhook). Copywriters show no output when carousel upload dates are not filled, a known data-entry gap.

How points are earned (proposed)

  • Output: each shoot, first draft, post published, deal closed = base points for the role.
  • On time: hit the lead-time clock and earn a bonus. Miss it and the bonus is lost.
  • Quality: passed QC first time, or a post that beats its page median, multiplies the points.
  • Reliability: a streak of on-time weeks compounds. Consistency beats one big week.

Tiers

  • 💎 Diamond · elite reach or top points band
  • 🥇 Gold · strong and steady
  • 🥈 Silver · solid, room to climb
  • 🥉 Bronze · building momentum

Tiers reset each season so anyone can climb. The board rewards trajectory, not just history.

Fairness note. Rank people against their own role and page size, not across roles, so a Wealth producer is not punished for a smaller audience than Homes. Compare like with like.
